Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 60-75 minutes
10 oz fresh raspberries
10 oz fresh blackberries
15 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate
8 oz heavy cream
2 rolls pre-made pie dough
Preheat oven to 375. Wash berries and mash half of each kind, then stir in the rest whole. In a double boiler, pour in a little of the heavy cream and start melting chocolate, adding more of each until you've combined all of it. Mix this into the berries. Line your pie dish with the first roll of dough, fill with the mixture, then top with the other roll of dough. Whether you top it with a solid sheet or weave a lattice is up to you. Bake for 60-75 minutes. Allow at least 2 hours to cool; serving chilled recommended.
Thanks anyway!
You could top it off with some whipped cream, too.
